While some of these symptoms can be seen with a pinched nerve, migraines, certain viral infections or intracranial tumors, the immediate concern is a stroke. A TIA (transient ischemic attack) are episodes of these symptoms that precede a stroke and since it is a fairly prevalent condition globally compared to the other causes, it needs to be investigated immediately by a doctor. These are just some possibilities and you need to be properly assessed and diagnosed by a doctor. The symptoms may also be a presentation of more than one condition that is co-existing or complications of other disorders like long-standing and poorly managed diabetes mellitus or even certain autoimmune and neurological disorders. Your doctor will be able to advise you further.
