Inconsistent Exercise Schedule Causes Weight Gain

With regular exercise you can reduce weight but inconsistent exercise will result in weight gain. You may reduce weight once with an inconsistent exercise schedule but when you resume your exercising schedule you will definitely put on weight instead of loosing it.

You are Fat because of the Holidays

The holidays are coming and it’s time for enjoying more food! Oh wait, they are always coming and you probably did not realize that you have used all of them as an excuse to eat more “just this once”. A test showed that the average weight gain of an American between Thanksgiving and Christmas is 1 pound but a small amount of people that made up less than 10% of the test subjects gained more than 5 pounds – and you may just be part of that 10%, especially if you are overweight. When you fail to lose the weight you gained from one holiday before the next comes, it stacks up and snowballs to great effect. It may just be the cause of your obesity now and it’s time for you to shed the weight to look more attractive.
