<p>Here are some vaccines that can be recommended to people who are 18 or above.</p>
<ol>
<li>They should receive a tetanus booster injection after every 10 years</li>
<li>People aged 65 and older should get a pneumonia vaccine and those who have some chronic illness must get it before 65.</li>
<li>Similarly, people aged 65 and above should receive a flu shot every year. It is also recommended to <strong><a href="http://www.healthpm.com/tag/pregnant-woman" target="_blank">pregnant women</a></strong>, health-care workers, children and those who have some chronic illness.<span id="more-326"></span></li>
<li>Gays, health care workers, those who have more than one sex partners and anyone with a weak immune system should get a hepatitis B vaccine.</li>
<li>Adult women, traveling people, college students and health care workers should get a mumps-measles-rubella vaccine.</li>
