Researchers have founded the link between Vitamin D deficiency and hypertension or hyperglycemia, which are the alarming signs of early health issues.

Our skin makes the Vitamin D in the presence of sunlight which is essential for our bones, but most modern studies have also associated Vitamin D with many other health benefits. This specific study founded the link between vitamin deficiency and high risk of heart diseases.

The participating teens in this study showed high risk of hypertension and high blood sugar due to the lack of Vitamin D. They were also more likely to develop metabolic syndrome, these three reasons are the major contributing factor to diabetes and heart diseases.

“More research is necessary to confirm that whether Vitamin D is really behind these health conditions and its intake wards off these conditions. Study have shown strong relationship that needs to be followed,” the study’s leader, Jared Reis said.

Normally, 15 minute exposure to ultraviolet rays of sunlight, several times a week is enough for the requirement of body. We can also find it in the milk and salmon.

In recent times, the American Academy of Pediatrics has two folded the amount of Vitamin D intake, in teen and children, almost 400 unite each day. This amount is equal to the amount attained by the four cups of milk.

“In the teens and children, deficiency of Vitamin D usually occurs due to the unhealthy diet and lack of outdoor sports or activities. If their diet consists of fries and beverages the might get the Vitamin deficiency,” Dr. Randal Thomas, director of the cardiovascular health said.

Optimistic people live longer and healthier than the pessimistic people U.S. researchers founded.

Researchers analyzed the death ratio and chronic diseases in more than hundred thousand women aged above 50.

Researchers founded, women with good expectations and positive attitude towards life were 14 percent less apt to die from any disease than pessimistic people and have 30 percent reduced risk of heart diseases after the follow up of eight years.

The frequency of diseases or habits like hypertension, diabetes or smoking was also less common in the happy folks.

Researchers also compared the women with suspicious vision about others in the group called cynically hostile with the innocent and trusted women.

“The women of hostile group showed the distrust on the other people for the sake of safety. These findings showed a general suspicion of the people,” led researcher, Dr. Hilary Tindle said.

The death rate in cynically hostile women was 16 percent higher than the non-cynically hostile women during the study. The probability of death due to cancer was 23 percent more in such type of women.

This specific study doesn’t prove any worse health effect of pessimism or negative attitude but the researchers believe that gull thoughts, some how, affect the health.

“More research is needed to develop therapies which focus on bringing modification in people’s attitude and if that modifications provide any health benefits,” researchers said.

Obesity has become one of the main health related problem not on in US but all over the world. People are now more intended to lose weight than ever. Losing wait, no doubt, takes a lot more time and determination than we imagine. Normally people go for the quick solution through diet pills or surgical operations.

Studies have proven that, without limiting your calorie intake you can’t lose weight. the key to weight loss is a simple rule and most of us already knows it that is, if you wants weight loss just increase the consumption of the calories than you eat.

Rest of the things and methods will only work when you’ll implement the above mentioned rule. If you are going to start up with exercise program, consult your doctor to avoid any serious injury.

You can get weight loss information from online books, guides and other sources, but don’t start any program without the advice of your doctor as he has better assessment about your physical condition than any other.

After including exercise in daily routine, next thing to consider is the kind of diet. We should avoid carbohydrates in your diet as much as possible. Try to eat fish instead of beef or pork as it has sufficient amount of omega-3 and omega-6 which have proven efficacy in reducing body cholesterol and keeping the heart healthy. Researchers have also described that people who eat vegetables more are less likely to develop heart diseases, cancer and other serious ailments, including obesity.

Also try to take, four to five small meals instead of taking two to three large meals. This practice will increase your metabolic rate and it will turn your calories more quickly into energy. Drink at least eight glasses of water as it removes body toxins and natural appetite suppressor.
