If the one of the nerves running in or near the paranasal sinuses are involved, usually if it is compressed, then it could cause some numbness or tingling. This has to be verified by your doctor who will conduct a neurological examination to identify the nerve that is affected and then diagnose the cause when taking other symptoms, you case history and so on into consideration.
