my muscles and skin feel bruised and sore to touch. 22yrF i am pretty healthy and workout often. I had a baby 9 months ago but have had no problems related to giving birth or pregnancy. I honestly feel like the princess and the pea…my skin bruises very easily, I wore pants with buttons on the pocket and after 30 min of sitting I had button bruises on my behind! When I sit at a table and rest my arms on the hard surface it hurs.. I feel bruised and sore all over.. especially my sternum and ribs. My dr told me I was low on vitamin d so I upped my intake. I also have early degenerative disk disease but he said it was common. Please help!
