I have an irregular white patch of skin quarter size that has a red ring around it. The top layer of skin is separated from the rest and dry and scaly, but it doesn\’t break. I have several of these patches throughout my body and the skin is generally thin like the paper of a cigarette, but doesn\’t crack or open. It is a little shiney as well. What is this and should I be concerned?
