I lift weight regularly and the low FODMAP diet has me feeling low on energy. What are \\\\\\\”safe\\\\\\\” carbs to eat pre-workout?
I have read FODMAPs in this article – http://www.healthhype.com/fodmap-diet-foods-to-avoid-in-ibs-bowel-disorders-with-bloating-and-gas.html I’m afraid it did not answer my question. I know what I cannot eat. What CAN I eat?
