I have a bump at the incision about the half size of a dime. Is that something to be alarm and if so what steps so I need to take

    It depends on when you underwent the procedure. If it was recently (less than 3 weeks) and you are experiencing pain and tenderness in the area then you should have it investigated by your doctor immediately. It could possibly be an infection. If you had this procedure in the past then this may just be scar tissue and MAY not be a cause for concern. I would still advise that you see your doctor just to be on the safe side. Take note of any others symptoms like fever, blood in the ejaculate and so on and report this to your doctor.
