I have had a pain in my lower left stomach feels like ovulation pain. It has been 5 days the pain moves back and forth from the right to the left. It is dull and achy not sharp. It is starting to make my legs feel sore. I went to the doctor and had an ultrasound and he said everything looks normal. No cysts or any history of bad health. Pregnancy could be possible but not probable and it is too soon to tell. Also this is making my stoamch blaot, stick out and become hard for short periods of time. I am using the bathrron regularly and urine is fine. No odd discharge although a slight itchy down there, I dont know what to do and I don’t have insurance so I don’t want to keep going to a doc for no answers. Please help.

First, you need to exclude the possibility of pregnancy. Even if it is too early to be detected by ultrasound, a pregnancy blood test has to be done to conclusively rule out pregnancy. Remember that if this is an ectopic pregnancy (pain would be one-sided though) then you could be putting your life at risk.

Secondly you need to see a doctor about your symptoms. It could be gastrointestinal but you cannot be sure about this because your symptoms are non-specific.
