Pain to my elbows, fingers, knees, toes and also pain to lower back plus numbness to my mid back. Chronic cough/smoker. Coughing up green phlegm to black colored. My stools have been regular and when I go, I have very loose stools.
Also neck pain most of my time.

    The pain to the upper and lower limbs may be related to various conditions, with nerve root compression (caused by a number of factors) being the most likely explanation. Of course you should exclude other factors like diabetic neuropathy which is seen in long term, poorly managed diabetes mellitus.
