I have constant pins and needles in my toes on both feet. Sometimes they feel cold and sometimes very warm. But, the pins and needles are constant no matter whether I message, put them in warm bath or put cream on them. Whether I walk or lay down.
Is there a remedy?

You cannot treat this condition without identifying the cause. Pins and needles are just a symptom of some underlying condition. The more common causes are related to neurological (nerve) or circulatory (blood flow) causes. Speak to your doctor about it so that further investigations can be done in order to conclusively identify the cause.
