You need to undergo the relevant investigations for a tumor to be diagnosed. given the complexity of your case, it is best that you discuss this with your doctor or the specialist overlooking your case. While your history may make you jump to the conclusion of a tumor, it is best to speak to your doctor about these symptoms, undergo the relevant tests and allow your doctor to diagnose the cause.

Commenting from our side would be premature as only your doctor is aware of your full case history and results of previous tests.
