Hi I’m Kenzie and I’m a 14 year old female,
I have chronically been feeling dizzy and light headed for 3 years now, I have a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water. 2 years ago I found a harmless swollen lypmh behind my ear. but lately lyphm nodes under my arms have become extremly swollen go away and come back then a cyst has apper under my ear the size of a dime. could I be iron deficient causing dizzines and making my lyphm nodes react? or could It be completely unrelated?

Yes, iron deficiency anemia can cause dizziness but so can many other conditions, like middle/inner ear problems. The swollen lymph nodes may be a sign of an ear problem and you should have this checked up. Dizziness over 3 years is too long and needs medical attention. See a doctor as soon as possible.
