How many dosage of calcium is good for daily usage?

    It depends on your age, gender and nutritional status. On average, 1000mg/day is acceptable but you must remember that you are getting some calcium from the food you eat, so use supplements in moderation. Pregnant, lactating and menopausal women may need higher doses.
