Joints are precious to you beyond much more than you probably give importance to, they are your body’s natural shock absorbers. The joints are surrounded by cartilage and muscles etc that help your body remain flexible, however the problem is that the activities of our everyday lives causes stress on the joints resulting in wearing of the joint and the most prominent sign of that stress on the joint is the joint pain that many of us experience.
This stress on the joints that causes joint pain can be because of numerous everyday activities that are a must of our daily routine; this includes repetitive motion of action and other stressful activities.
