It is unlikely that what you are seeing in your mouth is body lice. You need to go back to your doctor and differentiate between the body lice infestation and these lesions in your mouth. The larvae (actually its known as nymph) are unlikely to be occurring in your mouth. Instead ask your doctor about yeast infections of the mouth (oral thrush) and leukoplakia. Your doctor will be able to diagnose it after examining the area. It would be advisable to see an otolaryngologist as well for further assessment.
